Information We Collect & Zero Cloud PHI

PediRx Calc Pro is a clinical calculation tool that operates on-device. Clinical calculations, patient metrics, weights, ages, and drug selections you input are processed locally in your client environment and are NEVER transmitted to backend servers, never stored by us, and NEVER accessible to third-party advertisers.

If you contact us directly for support or subscription activation, we may receive information such as your name, email address, message contents, and institutional affiliation solely to assist you.

Network Connectivity & Advertising Telemetry in Free Tier

The free tier of PediRx Calc relies upon an active internet/Wi-Fi connection to validate services and displays third-party advertisements. Certified advertising partners (Google AdSense / Google AdMob) collect standard technical metadata (IP address, device identifiers, diagnostic metrics) in accordance with mobile industry privacy standards to deliver compliant ads. These ad partners NEVER receive or access patient metrics, entered clinical inputs, or medical calculation data.

PediRx Pro Offline Guarantee: Subscribers to PediRx Pro are completely decoupled from third-party advertising SDKs, ensuring 100% offline functionality, zero advertising telemetry, and zero tracking in sensitive clinical environments.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

PediRx Calc Pro's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

External Medical Literature, NLM E-Utilities API & Academic Publisher Links

Our application and website provide direct hyperlinks to external academic literature, PubMed citations (NLM / NCBI), and digital object identifier (DOI) publisher websites.

Zero Patient Health Information (PHI) in Literature Queries: When searching or refreshing landmark practice guidelines via the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM / NCBI) E-Utilities API, requests transmit exclusively generalized medical search terms (e.g. disease names, clinical trial acronyms, guideline categories). Patient identifiers, entered calculation parameters, patient weights, and biometric values are NEVER transmitted to external literature APIs.

Once you click an external link or DOI resolver to view a full-text study on a publisher platform (such as NEJM, The Lancet, JAMA, or Elsevier), you navigate directly to that third-party site and are subject to their respective privacy policies and cookie practices. PediRx Calc Pro does not track, store, or monetize your external reading activity.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers, request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected, and request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.
